Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Account

To create an account we need a name, an email address or phone number, a password, and which exam you are sitting. Role and sitting dates are optional and used only to approve access. We do not collect AHPRA numbers.

Study analytics

When you finish a practice session we store whether each answer was right or wrong, and how you performed by syllabus topic, so the website can show strong areas. We do not store voice, photos, contacts, or precise location on the website.

What the website may record

• Login records, including IP address, for security on the web only
• Your profile, exam choice, sitting, approval status, and practice history

Data is stored on our hosting (Railway / MongoDB) in order to provide the service. We do not use advertising identifiers or tracking pixels.

Legal bases and use

We use this information only to run the service: log you in, unlock the exam bank you chose after approval, score practice, and show your progress.

Your rights

You can change your password, request an exam-category change, or delete your account in Account. Deleting an account removes your profile, practice history, and login records. Email info@surgicalexams.com if you need help.

Children

This service is for medical graduates and surgical trainees. It is not directed at children under 13.

Terms of use and your obligations

By creating an account you agree that:

• You are a medical graduate, surgical trainee, or other authorised learner using the site for exam preparation.
• The website is free after your account is approved. Access to questions on the website depends on that approval.
• Your login is for you only. You will not share your password or sell access.
• You will not copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute question content.
• Submitted questions may be reviewed before they appear in the live bank.
• We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is used to harm other users or the question bank.
• Study material is for education. It is not medical advice and does not replace college curricula, hospital policy, or clinical judgement.
